These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the website "Galapagos Style Gift" and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Galapagos Style (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon commencing use of the Service. 1. We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User in any of the following cases: (1) When urgent inspection or maintenance of the computer system related to the Service is necessary; (2) When the operation of the Service becomes difficult due to computer or communication line failures, operational errors, excessive access traffic, unauthorized access, hacking, etc.; (3) When the Service cannot be operated due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, wind and flood damage, power outages, or natural disasters; (4) Other cases where we determine that suspension or interruption is necessary.

Article 6 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability)

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The governing law of these Terms shall be the laws of Japan.

2. The Hiroshima District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction for the first instance for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
